The Philips Search and Rescue Trust rescue helicopters provide a vital service to the communities they serve, and so we are pleased to announce KCE has signed up to continue our sponsorship of the Waikato Westpac Rescue Helicopter and the Grassroots Trust Rescue Helicopter for the next three years.
Our sponsorship of these two helicopters covers all five of our hydropower scheme areas, and having been a sponsor since 2013 we’re excited to see the positive impact we can continue to make across the Waikato, King Country, Horowhenua and Manawatu regions.
Our values at KCE are closely aligned with those of the Philips Search and Rescue Trust, making this a great fit, as we both strive to provide local communities with essential services that benefit their health and wellbeing.
We look forward to supporting the rescue helicopters by raising awareness of their work, and being a part of keeping them in the air on a 24/7, 365 day a year basis.
